Rockford Kindergarten Day Care and Primary School Academics
Rockford kindergarten Day care and Primary School teaches children using the learning frame work for the Kindergarten and we emphasize reading and teaching it effectively. We use the thematic curriculum for P.1, P.2 and P.3. We monitor the children’s performance by carrying out weekly assessment, Mid-term and End of term exams. We do both internal and external exams.

Rockford Kindergarten Day Care and Primary School Facilities
Rockford provides a safe, child-friendly, and supportive environment with facilities that enhance both learning and care. The school offers a dedicated daycare section, transport services (pick-up and drop-off), and plans to introduce a computer laboratory for Primary Four. Every pupil is also covered under an insurance package to ensure their safety and well-being. The classrooms are well-equipped for interactive learning, and the compound includes spaces for both play and academic activities.
Rockford Kindergarten Day Care and Primary School History
Founded in 2009, Rockford Kindergarten began with a humble enrollment of 65 pupils, 6 teachers, and 7 support staff. The school initially offered four classes: Baby, Middle, Pre, and Primary One. Over the years, it has grown significantly and now accommodates over 250 pupils, supported by 10 teachers and 12 dedicated staff members.
The school currently runs 7 classes—Alpha (Reception), Baby, Middle Bright, Middle Clever, Pre, Primary One, Primary Two, and Primary Three. Plans are underway to introduce Primary Four next year, continuing the school’s steady expansion and commitment to quality education.
