Curriculum:

Acorns International School | AIS is an authorised International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) School. AIS offers Early Childhood (18 months – 5 years), Primary Years Programme (Year 1 – Year 6), and Middle Years Programme (Year 7- Year 8). Our aim is to provide a quality international education at affordable prices.

As AIS completes two decades in the field of education service it has grown itself to offer a full International Baccalaureate to meet your child’s needs. This transformation of AIS owes a lot to the hard work of pupils and teachers, as well as the incredible support of the parents.

Academics

The school delivers a broad and balanced curriculum through a wide range of experiences. The curriculum is all the planned activities that we organise, in order to promote learning and personal growth and development. It includes not only the formal requirements of education but also the range of extra-curricular activities that are organised in order to enrich the experience of the children.

It also includes the ‘hidden curriculum’ where the children learn from the way they are treated and expected to behave. We aim to teach children how to grow into positive, responsible people, who can work and co-operate with others while developing knowledge and skills, so that they achieve their true potential.
