Curriculum:
Biikira Boys’ Demonstration School was founded in 1907 by Catholic Missionaries to serve as a demonstration school for the nearby teachers’ training college. It is believed to be one of the oldest schools in Rakai District and Masaka Diocese.
[related_posts]The government grant for the last full year was 1,260,000 shillings ($730). There are 325 students, 11 teachers and 7 classrooms although the classrooms are in a very bad state of repair.
Biikira Boys’ Demonstration School charges no fees other than $1.80 per month for lunch. The school is lacking in teachers” quarters, typewriters, computers etc.
