Curriculum:

Tawhiid Islamic Nursery & Primary School are committed to providing an integrated affordable education of the highest quality which will enable our future generation to have a valuable productive and moral value.

Tawhiid Islamic Primary School was established in 1990 by the Tawhiid Islamic Association to play an active role in providing education to the community and society at large.

The school has a Nursery, Infant and Primary section. It is a mixed day school offering integrated education.

Vision: To have an Islamic Model Primary School which provides the highest quality Education.
Overall goal of the school is to provide high quality education in the secular education side by side with Islamic studies and to equip the students with appropriate knowledge and skills to fulfill their duties as Muslims and to make a meaningful contribution to their communities and the country.

Tawhiid Islamic School strives to provide a medium through which children acquire well balanced knowledge of Deen and Secular Education. The school’s teaching standards are at par with other good performing institutions and students go out with good academic abilities.

Tawhiid Islamic School maintains a conducive learning environment and a focused approach to teaching. Our main objective is to promote moral and academic excellence in a caring and secure Islamic environment, providing opportunities for realization of the learners full potential.

Tawhiid Islamic School offers a fully integrated curriculum – i.e. Secular & Islamic theology and our students sit for the Uganda National Examination Board’s PLE (Primary Leaving Examination) as well as the Islamic PLE administered by the Uganda Quranic Schools Association. The school has a total staff of 41 qualified teachers for both the National as well as the Islamic curriculum. Tawhiid Primary School is open to children in Uganda.

Under the Secular Education System, Tawhiid Islamic School offers English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies subjects. In the Islamic Theology Stream, we offer four major subjects – Holy Qu’ran, Arabic language, Figh and Tarbiyah.

Co-Curricular: Tawhiid Islamic School children are also exposed to Physical Education, Taekwondo and other major games for their physical development. Essay writing and Elocution competitions are also proposed. Out students have also won trophies conducted at other schools.
