AIM offers comprehensive programs that cater to different levels of music education. The Bachelor of Music is a three-year program with concentrations in Worship Ministry, Jazz and Contemporary Music, Classical Performance and Composition, African Music Performance, and Music Production and Sound Engineering. Students take courses in core studies such as Christian Worldview, Leadership, and Ethnomusicology, alongside major and ensemble studies including orchestra, choir, and jazz ensembles.

The Diploma in Music, a two-year program, provides concentrations in Worship Ministry, Contemporary Performance, Classical and African Music, and Music Production. The curriculum combines theory, sight-reading, choral singing, and individual performance, ensuring both technical and creative mastery.

The Certificate in Music equips learners with foundational skills in Worship Ministry and Music Performance through courses in basic musicianship, Christian worship, choral singing, and band ensembles. In addition, AIM runs Pre-College Programs such as the Young Musicians Academy (YMA), Music Program for Adults (MPA), and YO Africa (Youth Orchestra), giving children, youth, and adults structured training opportunities.
