CLC offers comprehensive programs in both local and international languages, catering to learners of all ages and proficiency levels. Local languages taught include Luganda, Runyoro, Rutooro, Runyankole, Rukiga, Lusoga, Lumasaaba, Ateso, and Luo, while international languages include English, French, and German, as well as Kiswahili for regional communication.

The center employs a “competency curriculum,” a practical approach designed to equip students with the language skills necessary for daily communication while building a strong grammatical foundation for fluency. Courses are flexible, with students able to choose between individualized instruction or small group lessons of two to five participants, allowing classes to be tailored to learning styles and interests.
