At ARU, students undergo three years of integrated theory and practical training, followed by a one-year field internship. The university offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs designed to equip women with knowledge and skills for leadership in rural development. Students benefit from interaction with professionals from Europe, America, Africa, and Asia, as well as traditional wisdom specialists. The curriculum includes a daily one-hour Foundation Course (Monday to Friday) that encourages reflection on development issues and cultivates leadership and problem-solving skills.

Sports and recreational activities are a vital part of life at ARU, promoting physical well-being, teamwork, and leadership among students.
