The university offers a diverse range of academic programs that prepare students to excel in both local and global environments. Current faculties include Business and Management, Social Sciences, Education, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Theology and Religious Studies. Plans are also underway to introduce Agriculture and other science-related faculties in the near future.

Academic programs are delivered through different modes to suit the needs of learners. Day programs run from 8:00am to 5:00pm, evening programs from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, and weekend programs on Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, recess programs are conducted during school breaks, while occasional studentships provide flexible learning options. This variety ensures that students from different backgrounds and schedules can access quality education at All Saints University.
