The Cooking School Uganda offers a wide range of programs to suit all skill levels, from beginners to advanced culinary professionals. These include Diploma in Culinary Arts, Certificate in Culinary Arts, Certificate in Restaurant, Food & Beverage Management, Short Courses in Culinary Arts, and specialized programs such as Pastry and Confectionery.
Additionally, the school runs the “Kids in the Kitchen” program, nurturing young culinary enthusiasts. All courses are aligned with the Uganda Vocational Qualifications Framework (UVQF) and provide practical, industry-relevant training designed to produce skilled, confident, and innovative chefs and hospitality professionals.
