Cosna Daycare Nursery Day And Boarding Primary School runs from Daycare to to primary Seven. Cosna has had pupils of primary seven sit for primary leaving examinations more than four times and this started in 2012.

The school has a boarding section with a very good living environment. There are matrons who look after the pupils according to their age groups.

Academics

The school has got a bursary scheme in which the first three best performers academically i.e 1st, 2nd and 3rd pupils per class per term are given scholarships.

School Environment

We have enough and spacious classrooms with very good learning environment for all our pupils. A three level classroom block for primary section has been to cater for the increasing numbers at the school.

Facilities

The school provides transport to the pupils. The school has school vans and a Coaster which transports its pupils from their homes to school and back to their homes hence an efficient system.

Boarding Section

The school has a boarding section with a very good living environment. There are matrons who look after the pupils according to their age groups (For more details come to the office in person.)

Water Supply

We have six tanks which supply water the school. This water is pumped from the dam to ensure continuous smooth flow activities in the school.

Meals

We provide pupils with break and lunch. At break time, we give then a cup of porridge, milk and snack daily. At lunch time we provide posho, rice, cassava, sweet potatoes with beans , meat and g. nuts slew.
