Curriculum:

Hanakh Elem Nursery School is a Christian-based early learning institution with its pioneer campus located in Namugongo–Kyaliwajjala. Established in 2013, the school was founded with the vision of fostering a Christ-centered education for young children, nurturing them spiritually, socially, and intellectually. The name Hanakh is derived from Hebrew, meaning “To Train,” while Elem means “A Firm Child.” Together, the name reflects the school’s commitment to raising well-grounded and morally strong children.

Serving children from 1.5 to 6 years, Hanakh Elem provides a fun-filled, safe, and Christian environment that focuses on holistic child development. The school emphasizes discovery, creativity, and character formation — ensuring every learner grows in knowledge and in the love of God.

Mission And Goals

“To provide a pre-school place-anchored in the word of God- of development and discovery appropriate for the age of the child.”
1. Provide a safe, accepting and caring environment for all children as we transform them into disciples of Christ.
2. Assist each child to grow to his fullest potential by recognizing each stage of development and fashioning an environment designed to nurture and facilitate growth during each stage.
3. Help children develop and use their problem-solving skills.
4. Encourage and build self-confidence and self-esteem through varieties of learning activities
5. Contribute to the development of physical growth, creativity, self-concept, social awareness and intellectual curiosity in children.
6. Assist parents in understanding the development stage of their child, enabling them to contribute most effectively to the child’s growth and enrichment.
