Daystar Junior School was founded in September 2014 and began its first academic year on February 2, 2015. The school is a fully registered Nursery and Primary School, offering classes from preschool through to pre-primary level.
Daystar Junior School Kirombe is a fully registered Nursery and Primary School located in the Lusaka Kirombe Zone 5, Makindye Division, Kampala District, just 8 kilometers from Kampala city center. The school serves pupils aged 3 to 11 years and started in January 2015 with 173 students. Since then, it has grown and now serves many children. Daystar Junior School is a Christian-founded institution.
The school offers a stimulating, creative, nurturing, and dynamic learning environment that fosters lifelong learning skills. It promotes an atmosphere of care, cooperation, and respect. Inspired by a long tradition of humanitarian work and providing life skills to neighboring communities during school holidays, the founder established Daystar Junior School Kirombe as a holistic educational institution.
