Bishop Barham University College (BBUC), a constituent college of Uganda Christian University (UCU), is located in Kabale, Southwestern Uganda. The institution traces its roots back to 1924, when it served as a school for training vernacular teachers and lay readers. BBUC is historically significant as the cradle of the East African Revival in 1935, when evangelists from Rwanda and Kampala sparked a spiritual movement in the region. Since its establishment as a UCU campus in 2000, the college has attracted students from Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi, providing access to higher education for those in the western region who may find it difficult to travel to Kampala or Mukono.

The hostels have clean water and electricity, and the students enjoy DSTV services with all the channels. The hostels are located on or near the campus. The students are offered good and nutritious meals five times a day prepared by professional and well-trained staff and served in the Dining Hall. The university offers full-time clinical services and referrals to students who require more specialized services. The clinic is located on the campus and run by professional staff. The students enjoy a variety of games and sports at the campus, such as football, volleyball and netball.

Leadership at BBUC has included Dr. George Tibesigwa as the first principal, and Dr. Medard Rugyendo currently serving as principal. The college is committed to holistic development, producing graduates who are competent in academics, leadership, and community service.
