BBUC’s vision is to provide accessible, high-quality education in southwestern Uganda while honoring its historical and spiritual legacy. It began as Bishop Barham University College to serve the region, with the mission of empowering students who may otherwise have limited access to higher education. Leadership at BBUC has included Dr. George Tibesigwa as the first principal, and Dr. Medard Rugyendo currently serving as principal. The college is committed to holistic development, producing graduates who are competent in academics, leadership, and community service.
