St. Joseph’s College Layibi is a prestigious boys-only boarding secondary school located in Gulu town, Northern Uganda, deeply rooted in the Catholic Church’s foundation. Committed to grooming a God-fearing generation of intellectuals, we blend academic excellence with spiritual and moral development. Our school strictly recognizes three religious practices—Catholicism, Original Anglicanism, and Islam—requiring students and parents to adhere to this policy, with other religious sects not permitted.
Compulsory prayers are held on designated days and times as outlined in our daily routine program, and students are expected to fulfill required sacraments. With a focus on discipline, faith, and intellectual growth, St. Joseph’s prepares young men to become principled leaders who contribute meaningfully to society.
