Welcome to Crested Secondary School. Having recently attained 20 years of existence on the Ugandan education scene, Crested has achieved an impact on education in Uganda and the East African region that goes beyond the expectations of a two-decade-old institution. Our school has built a culture of all-around responsible teaching and mentorship, coupled with the enforcement of necessary discipline for students’ present and future success, where teachers consistently go the extra mile.

Crested Secondary School Academics

Crested Secondary School offers a comprehensive curriculum for both O’Level and A’Level students. O’Level subjects include English, Literature in English, Mathematics, Sciences, Agriculture, Home Economics, Geography, History, Commerce, C.R.E./I.R.E, Luganda, Principles of Accounts, Political Education, Fine Art, Music, Computer studies, German, and Technical Drawing/Woodwork. A’Level subjects cover History, Geography, Economics, Divinity, Literature (Luganda/French), Mathematics, Sciences, Food and Nutrition, and Fine Art. The school consistently achieves high academic standards, with over 95% of A-Level graduates joining universities in professional programs like Engineering, Law, Medicine, and Commerce.

Crested Secondary School encourages students to engage in a variety of extra-curricular activities that promote holistic development. Sports offered include football, netball, volleyball, and cricket, fostering teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness. Students also participate in music, dance, drama, gardening, piggery, social clubs, academic clubs, debating, and scouting.
