Muteesa I Royal University offers a wide range of academic programs across various faculties, including the Faculty of Business Management, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Design, and the Faculty of Social Sciences, Arts, and Humanities. Programs span from short certificate courses to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

At the certificate and diploma levels, MRU provides specialized training in fields such as computer science, civil and electrical engineering, journalism, tourism and hotel management, procurement, human resource management, public administration, and art and design.
