Curriculum:

Aputput Primary School was established in 2004 by the Catholic Church, which donated land and initially set up temporary grass shelters. By 2005, the school was taken over by the government, serving 250 students with just two teachers. Today, the school educates 467 pupils from Primary 1 to Primary 5. It continues to grow with support from the local community and stakeholders. Aputput Primary is committed to providing quality education despite limited resources.

The school follows Uganda’s national primary curriculum, preparing students for future educational advancement. Core subjects include literacy, numeracy, and life skills, taught by a team of seven teachers. Emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and foundational knowledge. Volunteer teachers currently support instruction due to funding constraints. The school aims to nurture academically competent and confident learners.
