Rapha Junior Academy offers a comprehensive curriculum aligned with the Ugandan National Curriculum, catering to Nursery through Primary 7 students. Subjects include English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Religious Education, and Creative Arts, preparing students for the Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) and future academic endeavors. Rapha Junior Academy offers pupils an opportunity to develop and nurture their talents through participation in co-curricular activities such as music, dance and drama, sports activities, exhibitions and club activities.

A pupil of Rapha Junior Academy will develop high levels of self-respect, self-esteem, respect and care of others; become an independent, innovative and reflective thinker who will take into consideration environmental protection. The child will be nurtured to be open minded, knowledgeable, inquisitive and morally upright in order to prepare for the challenging future.
