About

Curriculum:

Lubiri Nabagereka Primary School is a private primary school located in Kampala District, within Rubaga Division. Founded originally in the 1940s inside the Kabaka’s palace, the school was established to provide quality basic education to the young children of the palace and its surrounding community. Its name, “Lubiri,” is derived from the Luganda word for palace. After a closure during the 1966 political crisis, the school was re-opened in 1998 with 130 pupils and has grown to accommodate over 600 students. The school emphasizes both academic excellence and cultural values under the patronage of Her Royal Highness the Nabagereka.
