Curriculum:
Forest High School was established through a partnership between PEAS (Promoting Equality in African Schools) and the New Forests Company in Uganda. Both parties contributed equally to the development of the school. Designed with support from architects in the UK and Uganda, Forest High School provides high-quality, accessible secondary education to students from households primarily dependent on agriculture.
The school offers a comprehensive secondary school curriculum, with particular emphasis on science education. Practical lessons are supported by a well-equipped laboratory, a library donated by UK artist Tracey Emin, and modern teaching resources. Students are prepared for national examinations and encouraged to develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and academic excellence.
