Kigezi College Butobere offers a comprehensive curriculum aligned with the Ugandan National Curriculum, designed to equip students with critical knowledge and skills for both O-Level and A-Level examinations. At O-Level, the curriculum includes English, Literature in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Home Economics, Geography, History, Commerce, Christian Religious Education (C.R.E.), Principles of Accounts, Political Education, Fine Art, Music, Computer Studies, German, and Technical Drawing/Woodwork.

For A-Level, students can pursue History, Geography, Economics, Divinity, Literature, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Food and Nutrition, and Fine Art.
