Masaka Secondary School (MSS) is a mixed, day and boarding middle and high school located in Masaka District, Central Uganda. The school provides quality education in a supportive environment, aiming to equip students with academic excellence, moral values, and life skills.
Founded in 1954, Masaka Secondary School is a member of the Uganda Muslim Education Association (UMEA), an umbrella body uniting Muslim-founded schools in Uganda. In 2012, the school received a US$2 million grant from the African Development Bank, in collaboration with the Uganda Government, to expand facilities including classrooms, a computer center, a library, and science laboratories.
