Nabumali High School History

Nabumali High School traces its origins back to 1909 when the CMS Committee at Mengo decided to start a school of agriculture in the Mbale area. Initially established at Musoto as Mivule High School (also referred to as Mbale High School), Reverend H.K. Banks became the first Headmaster. The school was later relocated to its present site on 3 July 1917. Over the decades, Nabumali High School has developed into one of the top-performing schools in Eastern Uganda, producing leaders in government, law, military, and international affairs.
