Naggalama Islamic Institute Facilities
Naggalama Islamic Institute provides modern facilities to enhance learning, including fully equipped ICT rooms with interactive boards, printers, and scanners, totaling 50 computers. The Managed Learning Environment (MLE) allows students to access curriculum resources both at school and from home. Additional facilities include well-stocked libraries, laboratories, and spaces for extracurricular activities. Students have access to ICT rooms from 8am–5pm (Mon–Thu) and until 11am on Fridays before prayers. These resources ensure students are technologically proficient and prepared for future challenges.
Naggalama Islamic Institute History
Since its establishment, Naggalama Islamic Institute has grown into a center of academic and religious excellence. Over the years, students have actively contributed to Muslim Students’ Associations at Makerere University and Mbale Universities. The school began with the objective of combining high-quality secular education with strong Islamic values. Quran recitation competitions are organized regularly to cultivate fluency and confidence in religious knowledge. This long-standing tradition has shaped generations of students who are academically competent and morally grounded.
