Onwards and Upwards Secondary School opened on 6th February 2008, making it one of the first PEAS (Promoting Equality in African Schools) schools in Uganda. The school is located west of Kampala, serving Buloba town and surrounding communities. It is licensed as a UNEB examination centre, enabling students to sit for state examinations.
